Paid subscription plans (AssignSuite Pro and AssignSuite Team) are billed monthly in advance. If you're not happy for any reason, request a refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of purchase and we'll return it in full — no questions asked.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your access continues through the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't prorate or refund partial months after the 14-day window.
Email support@assignsuite.com from the address on your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. See also our Terms of Service.
