1. Who We Are

AssignSuite ("we", "our", "us") operates assignsuite.com, a real estate investment marketplace that helps investors find, analyze, and act on wholesale and off-market deals. Our contact email is support@assignsuite.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information — name, email address, phone number, and investor type when you create an account.
Google Sign-In data — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google.
Apple Sign-In data — if you sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple-generated user identifier and (if you do not choose Apple's "Hide My Email" option) your email address.
Listing data — property addresses, financial details, and contact information you submit when listing a deal.
Usage data — pages visited, deals viewed, saved deals, offers submitted, and showings scheduled.
Device & technical data — IP address, browser type, and referring URLs collected automatically via server logs.

Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
Vercel — hosting and deployment
Stripe — payment processing for paid subscriptions (we never store card numbers on our servers)
Firebase (Google) — push notifications (mobile app)
Google OAuth — optional sign-in via Google account
Apple Sign-In — optional sign-in via Apple ID
Google Maps — address autocomplete and property location
Rentcast — automated property valuation data
Anthropic — AI assistance for generating listing descriptions (text you submit is sent for processing and is not used to train models)
Resend — transactional email delivery
Sentry — error monitoring and crash reporting
Crisp — customer support chat
Google Analytics — anonymized website usage measurement
Meta Pixel — measurement of advertising campaign effectiveness

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Push Notifications

The AssignSuite mobile app may request permission to send push notifications. We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) to deliver notifications about new listings matching your search criteria, offer updates, and showing reminders. Push notification tokens are stored securely and used only to deliver notifications to your device.

You can disable push notifications at any time in your device's Settings app under Notifications → AssignSuite.

6. Children's Privacy

AssignSuite is intended for use by adults aged 18 and older. Our platform is a professional real estate marketplace and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. 7. Cookies & Tracking

We use the following categories of cookies and tracking technologies:

Essential cookies — required to keep you signed in. Cannot be disabled.
Analytics — Google Analytics tracks anonymized page views and feature usage so we can improve the platform.
Advertising measurement — Meta Pixel measures the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. We do not sell your data; the pixel tracks conversions only.

You can disable analytics and advertising cookies via your browser's privacy settings or by using tools like uBlock Origin / Privacy Badger. Clearing cookies in your browser will also sign you out of your account.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Property listings you submitted may remain in an anonymized form.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate information via your profile settings
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Withdraw consent for optional data uses at any time

10. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of AssignSuite after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
